Booth Exhibition

General Information
Date: 12th Oct. (Tue) - 14th Oct. (Thu) / 3 days
Time: 13:00 - 15:30
Place: The 2nd and 3rd floor lobbies of the Main Hall 'Hae' (about 80 booths will be available)
Offerings (based on single booth unit rental)
Booth: 1 unit (2m*2m)
Table: 1 unit
Chair: 2 units
Electricity (Power) Outlet: 1 unit
Exhibitor Tag: 2 (to be carried at all times to enter the Booth Exhibition area)
* Please inquire separately if you require A/V equipment rental.

Booth Hire

Registration Period and Fees
Dates: 2nd Aug., 10:00AM - 27th Aug., 17:00PM (Korean Time)
* Registration may close earlier when the booths are is fully booked
Fees: 500 USD (for 1 Booth unit)
Registration and Payment
Online Registration Only: Complete the registration form available online at the PAMS homepage.
Payment: The registration fee must be paid online with a credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX, JBC).
* Online Payments can be made only after installing the Active X control in the MS Internet Explorer Environment.
* If you have difficulty making your payment, please contact us at registration@pams.or.kr
Booth A llocation
Individual groups may select up to 4 booths, but you can only register up to 2 booths through the online form. Please contact us at registration@pams.or.kr before the registration period if you need to hire more than 2 booths.
After checking the floor plan, registrants may choose a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice for the location of their booth/s. After the close of the registration period, we will locate booths on a first-come-first-served basis.
We will do our best to accommodate every first location request. However, if all your choices are unavailable, we will position your booth adjacent to one of your choices. You will be notified of your booth location within 3 days of the registration period ending.
Cancellation and Refunds
All requests for a cancellation of the registration must be made by email.
Please send your requests for cancellation to registration@pams.or.kr
Cancellation penalties will be applied based on the date that the cancellation request is processed.
